These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the FloorQuote app ("FloorQuote," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using FloorQuote you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The free tier

FloorQuote is free to download. Building projects, scanning rooms with the camera and LiDAR scanner, and producing estimates is always free and unlimited. The free tier also includes 3 client-PDF exports for the lifetime of the app. Free PDFs include a small "Prepared with FloorQuote" footer.

FloorQuote Pro subscription

FloorQuote Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available in monthly and annual options. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited PDF quotes and removes the "Prepared with FloorQuote" footer from your exported PDFs. Exact prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.

Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Estimates are not guarantees

FloorQuote produces a professional estimate, not a guarantee. Measurements are scan-assisted and depend on how a room is scanned and on the inputs in your price book. Always verify measurements on site and confirm quantities, waste factors, and pricing before relying on a quote with a client or supplier. You are responsible for the quotes you generate and share.

Acceptable use

You agree to use FloorQuote only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app. FloorQuote is a professional tool and is not directed to children.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

FloorQuote is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app or any estimate or quote it produces. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Apple's standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of FloorQuote is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs with respect to your use of the application obtained through the App Store.

Privacy

Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. In short: no ads, no tracking, no analytics, and no account. Scans and quotes stay on your device. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
