An iPhone Pro with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or newer Pro/Pro Max). On other devices you can still build and review quotes, but automatic room scanning is unavailable.
FloorQuote produces a professional, scan-assisted estimate. A LiDAR scan is typically within a few percent over a room — comfortably inside the waste factor used for ordering materials. Always review and adjust each room before sending a quote, and confirm any fit-critical dimension with a tape measure.
FloorQuote applies pattern-aware waste factors (straight ~10%, diagonal ~15%, herringbone ~18%), rounds up to whole boxes, and adds underlayment, transitions, and baseboard where you enable them — then applies your labor rate and tax.
Open Settings → Price Book and add each product with its price per box (or per square foot), coverage per box, and default install pattern. Every quote then uses your numbers.
From a job, open the quote and tap Export PDF. You'll get a branded PDF you can share via Mail, Messages, Files, or print.
