AirPods Pro (1st, 2nd, 3rd generation), AirPods Max, AirPods (3rd generation), and AirPods 4. Standard AirPods (2nd generation) don't have the motion sensors that this app uses.
No — Apple's iOS Simulator does not provide AirPods motion data. You'll see the full session flow only on a physical iPhone with compatible AirPods paired.
AirPods motion data is only available to apps in the foreground. Keeping the screen on lets us read your posture in real time for the whole session. We never run in the background.
Open Settings → Slouch detection and raise the Threshold or Hold time. The default (15°, 20 seconds) suits most people, but if you naturally read closer to the screen you may want higher values.
Entirely on your device, in SwiftData. Nothing is sent anywhere. If you've enabled "Save to Health", completed sessions are also stored in Apple Health (still on your device).
Delete the app from your iPhone. All on-device session history goes with it. Any Health entries you saved live in Apple Health and can be removed from there.
Drop us an email with: iOS version, AirPods model, and a short description of what you did and what happened. Screenshots help.
