Do I need a special camera?
No. DrainReport works with any push or CCTV sewer camera. You photograph the camera's monitor screen with your iPhone — there's no hardware to pair.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Everything runs offline and on-device, so it works in a crawlspace or basement with no connection.
Does the app decide the severity for me?
No. You pick each defect, set its severity, and approve the recommended action. The app supplies sensible editable defaults, but every call is yours. DrainReport documents your inspection; it does not diagnose.
What does Pro include?
DrainReport Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks unlimited report exports, your company branding on reports, and watermark-free PDFs. The free version lets you build unlimited inspections and export 2 reports.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases" on the same Apple ID you bought Pro with.
