Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

The short version BreathePulse collects nothing. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. Everything stays on your device.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how the BreathePulse iOS app (the "App"), published by Ilia Filiaev (the "Developer"), handles your information.

Data we collect

None. The App does not have user accounts, does not require sign-in, and does not communicate with any server controlled by the Developer or any third party.

Data the App stores on your device

Apple Health (optional)

If — and only if — you turn on "Save mindful minutes to Health" in Settings, the App writes the duration of finished sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes, using Apple's HealthKit framework. This is off by default, the data is managed by the Health app on your device, and the Developer never receives it. You can revoke this permission at any time in the Health app.

Third parties

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with or sold to anyone.

Children's privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is nothing to access, export, or delete on our side. You can remove all on-device data by deleting the App from your iPhone.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in the App release notes.
